Authentic Food World was born from the awareness of how difficult it is not only to find authentic food, that is not full of productive deviations and adaptations to the market and made with genuine products, but for small artisan producers, true holders of knowledge about authentic food, difficult to make known and adequately promote their products.

The idea, started by a group of cheesemakers and promptly relaunched by MarketObserver Doo, which has been operating in the international market for years, aims not only to draw up a list of authentic products certified by the Authentic Food World Association, but also to instill in people the awareness of the importance of authentic foods and knowing how to recognize them through the organization of a series of themed seminars, held both on-site and online.

Mainly dairy products but not limited to, the list of authentic food certified by the Authentic Food World Association is constantly evolving and expanding, as is the list of themed seminars held by industry specialists.

MarketObserver Doo is a company that deals with quality certifications and international trade, has been operating since 2012, moved to Serbia after 12 years of activity in Italy and has points of presence in Europe, Africa and the Americas.
